How Does Microchanneling Compare To Microneedling?
The two treatments are very similar. They use the same basic principle to correct cosmetic concerns and improve the overall appearance of the skin. The biggest difference between micro-channeling and microneedling is the type of device used during treatment. How Long Before I Can Expect To See Results?
Your skin will feel healthier immediately post-treatment, but you'll continue to see results as your skin goes through it's healing process and cellular turnover cycle. We recommend completing 4-6 treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart for maximum results.
How Will I Look After My Treatment?
There is a very wide range of normal reactions. Anything from little to no reaction, a light pink flush, or sometimes pinpoint bleeding is normal. Redness may last up to 12 hours for more sensitive skin types. The treated area may feel like a light sunburn for a few hours post-treatment. Remember, this is not your every day microneedling treatment. More extreme reactions do not necessarily correspond to more extreme results.
